FAQ Section

What is the difference between specific White PAC and common Yellow PAC?

White PAC is manufactured using high-purity Aluminum Hydroxide and Hydrochloride Acid. It has lower heavy metal content and is specifically designed for potable water (drinking water) treatment and the paper industry (sizing agent). Yellow PAC is generally used for industrial wastewater treatment.

Can I mix PAC with PAM directly in the dosing tank?

No, they should not be mixed in raw chemical form. PAC and PAM must be dissolved separately in different tanks. In the treatment process, PAC is usually dosed first to neutralize charge (coagulation), followed by PAM to bridge flocs (flocculation).

How does PAC perform in low-temperature water?

Compared to traditional Aluminum Sulfate, PAC maintains higher efficiency in low-temperature and low-turbidity water, forming flocs faster without requiring excessive alkalinity additives.
